Additional shipping/processing fees may apply for art work, historic replicas, historic firearms and ammo and assorted old west collectibles due to weight, size or destination. Subject to verification, local, state and International laws.
- We value our International clients. If the "ship to" address is outside of the United States you are responsible for abiding by all customs and legalities for shipment and delivery.
- Charges are calculated before taxes if applicable.
- Backorders: Orders are shipped promptly; however due to the special products we offer, we sometimes experience temporary out-of-stock situations (backorders). Your backordered item will be shipped as soon as possible. Mean-while, within 3 business days you will receive notification and a projected delivery date. You then have the option of either waiting for the item or receiving a full refund.
- RETURNS: We guarantee our products 100% as advertised. If you are not satisfied for any reason please notify us within 72 hours of delivery for authorization for exchange or return. A standard 15% restock fee may apply. We do not refund shipping related charges.
- Double check all shipping and billing addresses. Orders shipped to wrong addresses are the responsibility of the customer and may incur additional fees for return and re-shipping. Shipping fees outlined below are averages only to provide general information and are subject to change.
- Standard Delivery - Mainland USA Customers - All packages are shipped insured via USPS or UPS Ground at the discretion of Circle KB Inc.
- Blank firing guns and ammo and BlackPowder Reproduction firearms are shipped via ground carriers and require an adult signature.
- Orders are normally processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days of order date and are normally delivered within 5-10 business days (for in-stock items). Customers are notified via email prior to processing and shipping if there are extreme weight differences, fuel surcharges, dimensional charges or other delivery factors that need to be addressed before processing and shipping.

International Shipping Information
All packages are shipped via US Postal Services utilizing USPS Global Priority Airmail. Notifications are emailed if there are other delivery factors that need to be addressed before processing and shipping to an International location. Order usually arrives within 10-21 business days (for in-stock items).
On average, International Customers can expect to pay THREE TO FIVE TIMES the average shipping rates of US Domestic rates above. Shipping fees outlined above are averages only to provide general information and are subject to change.
No modern firearm replicas (models since 1898) can be shipped to International locations unless it is for a theatrical production. We require full payment in advance in US Dollars, Bank Draft payable in US dollars or International Money Order or Credit Card with US dollars/exchange rates.
