All packages are shipped via US Postal Services utilizing USPS Global Priority Airmail. Notifications are emailed if there are other delivery factors that need to be addressed before processing and shipping to an International location. No modern firearm replicas (models since 1898) can be shipped to International locations unless it is for a theatrical production. We require full payment in advance in US Dollars, Bank Draft payable in US dollars or International Money Order or Credit Card with US dollars/exchange rates.

- Additional shipping/processing fees may apply for art work, historic replicas, historic firearms and ammo and assorted old west collectibles due to weight, size or destination. Subject to verification, local, state and International laws, Importation Duties and Taxes.
- We value our International clients. If the "ship to" address is outside of the United States you are responsible for abiding by all customs and legalities for shipment and delivery.
- Charges are calculated before taxes if applicable.
- Backorders: Orders are shipped promptly; however due to the special products we offer, we sometimes experience temporary out-of-stock situations (backorders). Your backordered item will be shipped as soon as possible. Mean-while, within 3 business days you will receive notification and a projected delivery date. You then have the option of either waiting for the item or receiving a full refund.
- RETURNS: We guarantee our products 100% as advertised. If you are not satisfied for any reason please notify us within 72 hours of delivery for authorization for exchange or return. A standard 15% restock fee may apply. We do not refund shipping related charges or processing related fees.
