Not considered a firearm by the FFL and requires no license. These are completely accurate reproductions of the live fire Western II Revolvers. (Original size, dimension and weight as the live fire Great Western). What makes the dry fire revolvers different is the retracting firing pin which allows the handler to dry fire without damaging the pistol. They are completely serviceable and easy to maintain. They can not be made to fire live ammunition and are considered a completely non-firing model gun.
