We offer an unsurpassed NO-HASSLE RETURN POLICY. If not satisfied, call or email us immediately upon receipt and simply return item unused and postmarked within 5 days of receipt in its original condition and packaging and we will refund the purchase price (less shipping & handling fee and a 20% restocking fee). We do not accept returns on Replica or Blank Firing revolvers or rifles.

Circle KB Inc. is not responsible for loss of merchandise or merchandise damaged in transit. Claims for damaged merchandise must be made to the carrier promptly and the complete package retained for inspection. Claims for receipt of defective merchandise must be reported within five (5) days of receipt of goods. Authorized returns for defective merchandise must have a Return Authorization Number displayed on the ouside of all packages. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Freight charges must be prepaid. Questions regarding damaged returns should be directed to Customer Service at 208-756-1873. Otherwise, all sales are final and merchandise is not returnable.

We guarantee the workmanship and quality of materials of all of our gun leather and assorted cowboy action shooting accessories. Compare us to any custom holster maker or manufacturer.  If you are not completely satisfied please call us immediately. Our effort to create a product that exceeds your expectations is unsurpassed.

We take time with our customers to listen, advise, consult and ask questions to make sure you are ordering exactly what you have in mind to properly fit and accommodate your gun model, size requirements and shooting style. IMPORTANT: We cannot except returns for gun rigs that have been built to the wrong size or wrong gun specs provided by you. Leather, by its very nature has imperfections such as tick marks, brands or blemishes that we do our best to avoid or utilize to enhance the quality and character of the piece.

Please note that if the product meets the specifications and description of the product ordered and there is no defect in workmanship or materials we are unable to accept returns due to the "custom order only" nature of our custom cowboy gun leather business.
