General Shipping Information

• All orders are subject to authorization verification. Circle KB Inc.'s special Internet Fraud Department, the "Internet Border Patrol" reserves the right to require a copy of the front and back of the credit card holder with signature before processing any International or Domestic order. • Additional shipping/processing fees may apply for art work, historic replicas, historic firearms and ammo and assorted old west collectibles due to weight, size or destination. Subject to verification, local, state and International laws.

•  Not subject to special offers.

• We value our International clients. If the "ship to" address is outside of the United States you are responsible for abiding by all customs and legalities for shipment and delivery.

• Charges are calculated before taxes if applicable.

• Backorders: Orders are shipped promptly; however due to the special products we offer, we sometimes experience temporary out-of-stock situations (backorders). Your backordered item will be shipped as soon as possible. Mean-while, within 3 business days you will receive notification and a projected delivery date. You then have the option of either waiting for the item or receiving a full refund.

• RETURNS: A 15% restock fee is applied to all returned items. We do not accept returns on any Replica Non-Firing Guns, Blank Firing Guns or Black Powder Guns.

• Double check all shipping and billing addresses. Orders shipped to wrong addresses are the responsibility of the customer and may incur additional fees for return and re-shipping. Shipping fees outlined below are averages only to provide general information and are subject to change.

  Standard Delivery - Mainland USA Customers

  All packages are shipped insured via FedEx, USPS, or UPS Ground at the discretion of Circle KB Inc. Blank firing guns and ammo and BlackPowder Reproduction firearms are shipped via ground carriers and require an adult signature.

  Orders are normally processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days of order date and are normally delivered within 5-14 business days (for in-stock items). Customers are notified via email prior to processing and shipping if there are extreme weight differences, fuel surcharges, dimensional charges or other delivery factors that need to be addressed before processing and shipping.  Below is a list of average rates depending on your shipping address and the dimensional weight and shipping requirements of the products you order.

  APO and FPO Addresses
  	All packages sent via United States Postal ServicesOrder will usually arrive within 21 business days (for in-stock items).

  Standard Delivery to Canada and most International Locations All packages are shipped via US Postal Services utilizing Express , Parcel Airmail or Global Priority Airmail at the discretion of Circle KB Inc. Notifications are emailed if there are other delivery factors that need to be addressed before processing and shipping to an International location. Order usually arrives within 10-21 business days (for in-stock items). On average International Customers can expect to pay up to THREE TIMES the shipping rate used by US Customers. Shipping fees outlined below are averages only to provide general information and are subject to change. Circle KB Inc. adds $20.00 Processing and Handling Fee to the Merchandise Sub Total shipping rates listed below for International orders. International shipments may be required to ship Global Express Guaranteed. No modern firearm replicas (models since 1898) can be shipped. We require full payment in advance in US Dollars, Bank Draft payable in US dollars or International Money Order or Credit Card with US dollars/exchange rates. CHECK YOUR LOCAL CUSTOMS AND POSTAL DEPARTMENTS FOR IMPORTATION REGULATIONS, DUTIES OR TAXES. CIRCLE KB Inc. WILL NOT REFUND MONEY OR EXCEPT RETURNS FROM ORDERS THAT HAVE BEEN UNDELIVERABLE FOR ANY REASON, REFUSED BY YOUR POSTAL SERVICE, BORDER AGENTS, GOVERNMENTAL OR CUSTOMS AGENTS.

  Order subject to verification. Circle KB Inc. is not responsible for lost or undeliverable orders, taxes or duties to International locations. All orders are shipped via US Parcel Airmail unless you request, through a separate email, "USPS Global Express Guaranteed" shipping (surcharge will be applied). International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes and additional shipping fees including unexpected Postal/Courier Rate Hikes, weight differences, fuel surcharges, dimensional weight charges that may be incurred (if over the estimated costs) during the shipping process. Please make sure you can receive your order through your local customs officials.
