Only three men ever wore this badge. Burton C. Mossman, 1901-1902. Mossman ended large scale cattle rustling in North America. Thomas H. Running wore it from 1902-1907. Running made more arrests and convictions than any man in Arizona. And finally, Harry Wheeler who wore it from 1907-1909, and was called "The shootinest Ranger of 'em all".
